About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant with the Leadership and Management Development Department.
In this role, you will:
Perform a combination of some or all of the below listed responsibilities:
- Perform learning and development consulting to assess needs and create interactive best in class Leadership and Manager development programs.
- Develop detailed project plans to execute in team owned areas of focus.
- Manage implementation of complex learning and development solutions on a wide range of management and business development topics for various learning audiences through in the moment consultation, facilitation, or coaching sessions to ensure effectiveness of business and managerial styles.
- Apply knowledge of all aspects Manager and Leader development across many business disciplines to leverage the interconnectivity of various learning solutions and demonstrate the business impact of recommended solutions.
- Project management and resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Consult with business leaders, human resources partners, instructional design team and management to develop an appropriate overarching learning plan that drives business unit performance.
- Integrate ongoing needs assessment, data and feedback from target audiences into development of learning solutions and continue to refine leveraging feedback and data as appropriate.
- Conduct external research and RFP process to discover and engage appropriate vendors for the delivery of adult learning solutions.
- Onboard vendors to deliver services related to adult learning solutions targeting the manager population.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Industry recognized certifications (i.e PMP, CPTD/CPLD, APTD, CliftonStrengths)
- Proficiency with digital delivery tools and functions like MS TEAMS, Skype, Zoom, WebEx
- Ability to research emerging trends/best practices and translate to business action recommendations.
- Experience consulting with internal clients regarding learning solutions
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning or education: facilitation and instructional design experience creating presentations, eLearning, facilitator resources and assessing effectiveness.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects from concept to implementation and guide a team of peers and partners
- Instructional Design experience with Manager and Leadership Programs.
- Experience as a Manager at Wells Fargo or an equivalent organization size having led a team of direct reports and providing coaching and development
- Ability to perform learning gap analysis to determine root cause and develop L&D initiatives to close any gaps found.
Job Expectations:
- This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement at one of the posted locations.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
