RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Learning Experience Designer.
Responsibilities: * Design Engaging Learning Experiences: Develop and implement engaging, effective, and user-focused learning experiences using a variety of formats such as e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and instructional videos * Curriculum Development: Craft comprehensive learning curriculums based on a thorough understanding of Mailchimp's products, services, and partner/customer needs; Ensure alignment of educational content with business goals and customer success metrics * Apply Learning Theories: Utilize contemporary learning theories and practices such as constructivism, social learning, and adult learning principles to enhance the learning experience and facilitate knowledge retention * Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts, program/marketing teams, customer education, data analytics and partner success managers to ensure that learning materials are relevant, accurate, and aligned with Mailchimp's brand and values * Innovative Content Creation: Develop creative and interactive content using various authoring tools and platforms, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for a diverse audience * Data-Driven Approach: Use analytics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of learning experiences; Continuously improve content based on learner engagement and performance data * Technology Integration: Leverage the latest educational technologies and digital tools to create scalable and impactful learning solutions * Advocate for Learner Engagement: Implement strategies to boost learner engagement and motivation, incorporating elements like gamification, storytelling, and interactive design
REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field * 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a similar role * Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Evolve) and Intellum/Docebo Learning Management Systems * Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning theories * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Creative thinking and problem-solving skills * Experience in partner/customer education or training within a tech company is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
