JOB TITLE:
Instructional Designer
JOB PURPOSE:
The Instructional Designer is part of the Instructional Design team in the Ellbogen Center for Teaching and Learning, an agile instructional design team led by the Associate Director of Digital and Inclusive Teaching and Learning (DITL). This position will play a crucial role developing and delivering high-quality, innovative, and effective online courses. You will use your instructional design expertise to ensure the team's success in meeting organizational goals and producing exceptional training content. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in an educational focus. An equivalency of education and experience may be considered.
Experience: 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. At least one year of experience using multimedia training software.
