Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is required. Highline experience is a plus! We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential, we will ask questions and you will be given a verbal questionnaire.

• Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience, a must!
• We will train candidates who have great people skills and ambitious
• Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Outstanding follow up skills
• Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale
• Team player
• Strong communication skills –verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
• Highly organized with attention to detail

WE ARE SEEKING ONE LAST BDC / INTERNET SALES POSITION. THIS POSITION IS AS A REP ON GOING INTO A MANAGEMENT POSITION.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
