Lease Administrator prepares leases/subleases and other related documents. Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database. Being a Lease Administrator maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants. Ensures accuracy of documents and financial records. Additionally, Lease Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Lease Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The Opportunity
We have an exceptional opportunity for the right individual as a Lease Administrator located on-site in our North Dallas office. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for corporate tenant-occupier Client(s) real estate account administration and operation, including the lease administration services and database management and the ability to expand into AP/AR, reporting and audit services.
