FUNCTIONS:- Review and reconcile billings from Landlords for monthly, quarterly, and annual expenses for Common Area Maintenance and Insurance in accordance with the provisions of retail property leases.
- Communicate clearly with others and systematically problem solve issues.
- Resolve lease-related billing issues.
Job Description - Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate level).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Entry level accounting and general ledger experience.
- Accurately analyze and process billings/reconciliations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable and efficient working in a fast paced, team environment.
- Must meet deadlines.
