About the position
This position is located within the Finance team of WaTech’s Administrative Services Division. The Finance team delivers financial management services to all agency managers and staff, and fosters collaboration in areas such as budgeting, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
As the Asset & Lease Specialist, you will act as the agency’s authority on asset and lease management, overseeing key financial operations related to WaTech’s $155 million in capitalized assets. Your responsibilities include supporting the accounting manager in crafting and enforcing internal and compliance policies and procedures for the financial handling of IT subscriptions, leases, and assets, along with managing inventory control.
