PMG Leasing is hiring an experienced Commercial Property Manager for its New Orleans office. PMG operates retail, industrial, and office properties across the Gulf South. The Property Manager will be the primary point of contact for responding to tenant requests, dealing with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, and handling all maintenance issues with Company properties.
The job requires prior experience in commercial real estate management and computer proficiency with experience in Word and Excel. Experience with Yardi software is preferred but not required. Some accounting skills would be ideal, particularly experience with expense reconciliation. A Real Estate license would be helpful, but not required.
This position offers a professional office environment with a direct collaboration with ownership and executive management. PMG does not engage in third party property management; all properties are Company owned. Job Duties:
· Manage tenant maintenance, repair, and replacement request
· Obtain bids, evaluate contracts, issue purchase orders, and review invoices
· Review, update, and issue property updates and inspection reports
· Lease Management (notices, requests, increases, etc.)
· Accommodate tenants moving in and moving out
· Conduct regular on-site property inspections
· Perform reconciliations and charge adjustments
· Assist in collection of past due amounts
