Community Leasing is seeking an Leasing Agent to support our growing team and platform! Community Leasing is the only leasing agency focused exclusively on affordable housing in Los Angeles. We’re dedicated to bridging the gap between Housing Providers and Tenants with Section 8 Vouchers (or other government subsidies). If you love helping others, enjoy meeting new people, and don’t mind being on the road, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in showcasing rental properties. This position involves significant driving to visit units and meet with prospective tenants, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential. You would need an ability and willingness to drive extensively within Los Angeles, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Real Estate License is not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
