Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!

We are currently seeking a full-time Apartment Leasing Agent for a portfolio of properties including more than 350 units in Little Havana, FL.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

· Handling new lease process from initial tour to move in. Including but not limited to meeting and greeting prospective residents, conduct property tours, application processing, through lease signing and move-in

· Perform strong outreach marketing

· Update Zillow and Craigs List postings

· Daily follow up on leads ensuring all questions are answered

· Conduct daily tour path and curb appeal inspections

· Preparation of lease and move in paperwork

· Completion of weekly traffic reports

· Generate resident service requests and assist with general lease questions

· Provide excellent customer service in effort of increasing resident retention

· Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years apartment leasing experience

• HUD Qualified

· Bilingual – English/Spanish

· Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Yardi experience a plus
