Duties:

• Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
• Assist with document collection and lease preparation
• Provide administrative and leasing support to the property management team
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Knowledge of property management and leasing processes
• Familiarity with legal administrative procedures is a plus
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel to Davenport, IA during the week as needed
