Leasing Assistant jobs in Jacksonville, FL

Watson Realty Corp's Property Management Division is looking for a PT Maintenance Coordinator for the St Augustine Beach location. The work-days will be Monday to Friday, with a schedule determined by the Office Manager as needed.

Job Duties include:

• Taking photos of properties using an i-pad or similar device
• Completing home inspections
• Post notices on residences
• Change out lock boxex
• Post Rental Signs and pick up as needed
• Help with work orders
• Drive by inspections
• Meet with vendors
• MLS/Rently postings
• Order Leases/Lease signings
• Showing of property
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Tech Proficient with computers, i-pad, etc
• Reliable vehicle required
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to multi-task
• Licensed Real Estate agent preferred but not required
