Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting with financial tasks related to property management bookkeeping, including but not limited to:
• Processing owners’ payments accurately
• Sending monthly statements to owners
• Rent deposits.
• Managing vendor payments weekly
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Performing office management duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must live within 20-30 minutes of office location.
• Possess a positive attitude and enjoy working with clients and a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
