Great Western Trailer (GWT) is seeking people like you to join our Service Team as a Service Assistant! Our Service Team is a leader in providing skilled trailer service and maintenance including specialty trailers. Great Western Trailer is a dynamic trailer Sales, Leasing, Rental, and Service company in significant growth mode. With 10 locations across 8 states, we are planning expansion into other sites in our current footprint, as well as other locations across the country. 

Responsibilities: 

• General administrative assistance such as emailing, answering phones, filing, scanning, and data entry into our computer system. 
• Assist in the customer invoicing process, including data entry, review, and customer communication as needed. 
• Assist in the AP invoice entry process for service vendors ensuring all invoices are properly entered in the system for payment. 
• Assist in any other administrative tasks as deemed necessary by the service manager. 

Requirements: 

• Basic computer skills.  (Proficient in MS office suite) 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Comfortable networking within the company to learn and problem solve. 
• High school diploma or GED 

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to working near moving mechanical parts, working in high places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately too loud. The employee may work in a shop, yard or out of a mobile service vehicle.
