PMI Wichita is looking for an entry level Leasing Assistant. If you are looking to work in the rental world, this would be a great beginner position, with oppertunities to move up.

Pay is $12-$14 based on experience and what you can bring to the job.

We are a family operated, small business. We are looking for someone who wants to stay busy, organized, punctual, and grow as a team.

Hours would be Monday Through Saturday with Wednesdays and Sundays off.

10:30am-7pm M-F/ 9am-5pm Sat. Can be flexible with hours but would be required to work evenings and saturdays.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit

-Helping post 3-day notices or eviction notices.

- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages

-light cleaning as needed. If there are foot prints or some dust for prepping for move ins. Supplies is provided.

- Collaborate with property management team to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction

- Utilize upselling techniques to promote renting the unit.

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required

- Proficient in data entry and file management

- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals at all levels

-Would need a valid drivers license as driving a company vehicle is required for this position.

We do provide Health concierge program, dental and vision isurance, with life insurance. One week vacation after a year. This is a full time position.
