Job Description
As a Leasing Coordinator at Strong Will Property Management (SWPM), your role revolves around ensuring the efficient leasing of all available rentals within our Management Portfolio. This involves listing properties on the Appfolio platform, responding to inquiries, conducting showings, and negotiating lease terms with applicants and owners, ultimately guiding them through the move-in process.
You will become proficient in the leasing and lease renewal processes within Appfolio, consistently contributing to the seamless management of our property portfolio. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in client and property intake, assisting in onboarding new clients, buildings, and listings, and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities include being the first point of contact for leasing, handling phone calls and emails professionally. Performing onsite tasks related to property management and assisting the General Manager in executing contract renewals further rounds out your dynamic role.
