We are looking for a Multi-Site Property Manager with experience in rent collections, leasing and overall customer service. You will be over seeing the daily operations of 2-3 properties depending upon experience. The position works closely with the maintenance team and the Regional Manager to ensure turns, works orders and overall customer satisfaction is achieved. The properties are located in Belding and Carson City.

• Experience with managing daily property operations.
• REALPAGE/ONESITE/YARDI experience a must
• Possess time-management skills.
• Be able to follow procedure and instruction.
• Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work.
• Provide friendly and courteous customers services to applicants. Must present a positive attitude and be team oriented.
• Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
• Must be organized and comfortable multi-tasking.
• Must be proficient with computers.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or Leasing Consultant.
• Experience at managing people is a plus.
• Training/managing on-site staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, follow up and multi-tasking skills.
• Promote resident activities.
• Word Excel and basic computer skills
• Collection and delinquency control
• Budget awareness
