We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to potential tenants, responding to inquiries, and providing information about the property. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible for preparing and executing lease agreements, collecting rent payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication and organizational skills who is looking to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to potential and current tenants.
• Greet and tour prospective tenants around the property.
• Answer phone calls and emails from prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms with tenants.
• Collect rental payments from tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of all tenant information.
• Ensure that all leases are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Proven working experience as a leasing consultant
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations

Skills:

• Proven track record of successful sales
• Basic understanding of MS Office
• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
• Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
• Customer-focused approach
• BS degree in property management or similar
• Bi-Lingual a plus, but not required
• 1 year minimum of leasing consultant experience
