Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to effectively upsell properties to potential tenants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of local market trends and property features to effectively promote the community.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies throughout the leasing process.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records in OneSite or similar property management software.
• Collaborate with facilities management to address maintenance requests and ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.
• Support administrative tasks related to leasing operations, including contract preparation and follow-up.

Requirements

• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 programs is a plus.
• Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management software is desirable.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain positive relationships with tenants and team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• A proactive approach to upselling properties and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
