GWT currently seeks a well-qualified Service Manager to help the company drive positive growth in our Service Department. In the role of Service Manager this person will oversee all Service Operations for the Oklahoma City, OK branch location. This role will be responsible for the scheduling, execution, quality control, billing, and customer service as it pertains to the service department. In executing those duties, the Service Manager will supervise all staff members at that branch location associated with the shop and work closely with the sales teams to ensure the customer is properly served across all lines of business. The Service Manager is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and work with the Regional Manager and the Vice President of Service and Parts to create and execute department strategy.
