Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Program Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with our organizational goals.

Duties

• Supervise program activities to ensure effective implementation of plans and activities.
• Conduct data collection.
• Recruit new youth to our exciting program!
• Manage social media platforms to promote programs and engage with the community.
• Lead public speaking engagements to raise awareness about programs and their impact.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts to support program sustainability and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• Technological proficiency.
• Public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies is a plus but not required.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
