Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring that the daily operations of the office run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files and calendars.
- Manage the office supply inventory and order necessary materials.
- Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist the administrative team with special projects and tasks as needed.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the office staff, including coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
- Use computer software to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all office policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Computer literacy and experience with computer systems and software.
- Experience with phone systems and calendar management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Excellent clerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.60 per hour
