  • This position requires communicating directly with customers to collect debts and resolve outstanding balances. Candidate must have excellent bookkeeping skills. This role requires a high level of customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as a mind for problem-solving to work with customers to resolve their debts and collect payment.

    • Bookkeeping - enter payments, send statements, upload invoices to client portals, reconcile invoices for late charges
    • Follow up with customers diligently, courteously and professionally for payment
    • Initiate strategies for collection processes and procedures.
    • Negotiate payment plans.
    • Respond to customer inquiries.
    • Persuade customers diligently to pay past due amounts.
    • Collaborate with accounts receivables staff regarding outstanding accounts
    • Develop alternative payment plans
    • Retain customer loyalty while collecting payments.
    • Maintain and update record of customers from whom collections are made.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Expected hours: 40 per week
