As a Consumer Lending Support Specialist, the road to success is built on strong relationships with dealers, members, and the internal lending team. The Consumer Lending Support Specialist ensures the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles and UCCs by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles/UCCs, and interacting with customers and regulatory agencies to resolve title/UCC issues while supporting our indirect department with processing and approving auto loans.
