We are a mortgage company who is looking for a skilled & motivated candidate to join our team. This is a 40 hour/week Temp to Hire position.

Position Details

• Data Entry
• Deposit checks via remote deposit scanner
• Initiate wires, transfers and ACH
• Input information to Mortgage software
• Sorting and sending mails
• Scanning and saving files
• Filing
• Assist in accounting tasks
• Assist in loan servicing tasks
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Mortgage Software (Preferred)
• Ability to learn new technology
• Team Player
• Self-motivated
• Background check required
• 2 years experience with banking or accounting (Preferred)
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Banking: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Petaluma, CA 94954: Relocate before starting work (Required)
