Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support and serve as a secondary back-up to front line transaction operations at your location from 7:30am – 6:00pm as needed.
• Serve as primary contact point to answer escalated member issues in-person or via phone at your location.
• Extensive knowledge of all products and services to effectively promote them to the membership.
• Supervise, coach and mentor all MSS and MSM staff members at your location.
• Provide advanced support to members and staff with online banking, mobile deposit, and bill pay questions.
• Adequate knowledge to process new IRA accounts, RMD’s, contributions/distributions and year end balancing/tax reporting including compliance along with growing the portfolio.
• Understanding of all systems, policies, and documents needed to serve as the primary account opener for consumer and business memberships with RCU at your location.
• Develop rapport and trust with our members and potential members in every interaction to build additional business opportunities with them and for RCU.
• Accurately open and redeem certificate of deposits for members in a backup role to the MSM.
• Provide support to members and staff for all aspects of the debit and credit card functions.
• Second level contact point for all member escalation and/or approval requests from the front line to provide a win-win resolution.
• Responsible for all ATM filling and servicing needs for the ATM’s assigned to your branch in a backup role.
• Together both MSO’s will maintain all components of the procedure manuals utilized by the front line and new account staff members.
• Notarize documents when needed.
• Serve on various committees as assigned.
• Actively participate in all RCU promotions and events to increase business opportunities from existing and potential members.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
