**Job Summary:**
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our Corporate Office in Grand Island, Nebraska, you will play a crucial role in directing the fiscal functions of our company. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in accounting principles to ensure our financial operations run smoothly. As the CFO, you will oversee financial processing, reporting, and auditing, as well as manage payroll preparation and supervise a team of professionals. #ZR

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Partner with the management team to contribute to the development of the corporation’s plans and programs.
- Provide advice and evaluations on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action.
- Improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation by developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team on related projects to contribute to the company's success.
- Continually assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance division structure and plan for improvements.
- Serve as a financial advisor for any contracts the corporation may enter.
- Handle income and payroll tax issues, including corporate, partnership, individual, fiduciary, payroll, and benefit plans reporting and correspondence.

**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting.
- At least three years of experience in a supervisory role in accounting and/or payroll.
- Proven ability to work with multiple deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong skills in developing standards, financial management, and accounting.
- Experience preparing business and individual tax returns.

**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
