Furnishes information on library activities, facilities, rules, and services. Being a LIBRARIAN may require a master's degree in library science, or a combination of education and experience in the field. Relies on limited experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. To be a LIBRARIAN typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
