Being a Library Researcher requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Library Researcher relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Seymour Public Library has an opening for a part-time Library Associate. This is a provisional appointment that will require a successful score on an upcoming Civil Service exam.
