Requires an associate degree or graduation from an accredited physical therapist assistant program. We are a therapist's own mobile or In-Home therapy provider. We provide skilled PT, OT, and ST services at home.
We cover Arvada, Aurora, Brighton, Boulder, Commerce City, Denver, Golden, Lakewood, Littleton, Parker, Castle Rock, Thornton, Westminster, and Wheat Ridge.
We have been a LOCAL company since 2018 and license by the State of Colorado as Class A home Health Agency.
