Shifts Available: 12 hour AM and NOC; working on a three on, three off schedule

Pay Range: $39 with additional shift differentials of $2.50/hour for working EVENING and NOC shift. On the weekends, we also offer a differential of $1/hour for working DAY shifts.

What you will do:

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
• Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans
• Act as a leader to support a team of CNA's
• Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON

Must have:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
• Responsible for Med carts
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently
