    Compliance Assurance:
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations related to dental licensing and credentialing.

    • Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance and address any issues promptly.
    Database Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of practitioner licenses, credentials, and certifications.
    • Utilize credentialing software and databases to track application status and manage practitioner profiles.
    • Generate reports as needed to track licensing and credentialing activities.
    Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations teams to streamline processes related to licensing and credentialing.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
    • Knowledge of state regulations and licensing requirements for dental professionals across multiple states.
    • Familiarity with insurance credentialing processes and standards.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office applications.
