Expanding small business in the ever changing and exciting field of Contractor Licensing seeking self-motivated and energetic team players. We are looking for someone who excels at customer relations, can build relationships with new and existing clients, and can gather information from clients in a thorough and organized manner to support our sales team and management. We are a 9 - 5:30 office with an energetic and enthusiastic staff. We do not work from home, as we have a beautiful office building and wonderful staff. If you are looking for something new, something exciting in a place with a lot of potential, we've got something for you.

Responsibilities:

· Field incoming calls

· Communicate with prospective/current clients

· Draft correspondences and other documents

· Mail in-take and Filing

· Office organization

· Inventory and Order supplies

· Perform all other office tasks as necessary, except getting people coffee, we can get it ourselves

Qualifications:

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines

· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
