Duties

• Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Manage processes related to product development, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and improve outcomes.
• Utilize Project Server for tracking project progress and resource allocation.
• Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
• Implement Kanban methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute, and close projects effectively.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.

Skills

• Proficiency in project coordination with a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Experience in root cause analysis for problem-solving within projects.
• Knowledge of process management techniques to streamline operations.
• Familiarity with product development processes and best practices.
• Strong data collection skills for effective analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Project Server or similar tools for project tracking.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively for successful project execution.
• Understanding of Kanban principles for workflow management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong skills in project scheduling and timeline management.
