Commercial maintenance company seeking an Electrical Lighting Technician.

Job requirements:

• Responsible for all aspects of lighting service including lamp and ballast replacement, troubleshooting, control circuits, tracing underground lighting circuits, and cleaning lenses.
• Install, replace, or repair light fixtures and ballast including electrical work as needed
• Provide on-site lighting and electrical maintenance.
• Identify, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair lighting and electrical components
• Knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing parking lot and building lights.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Experience in Electrical Wiring
• Knowledge of Stage Lighting techniques
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Certifications in lighting design or electrical work are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in lighting systems preferred

Schedule is Monday to Friday.

40 hours of sick time per year. Accrued PTO hours are available after 60 day probationary period.
