Line Cook jobs in North Carolina

Line Cook prepare and cook dishes according to the recipe and customer special requests. Follow all presentation specifications and proper preparation methods. Being a Line Cook adhere to all sanitation and food production codes. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Additionally, Line Cook may also prepare ingredients such as sauces or garnishes. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a Sous Chef or Executive Chef. The Line Cook has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
