Law Firm Carolinas is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal for its Charlotte office. This position will assist attorneys in the firm’s community association litigation and bankruptcy practices with client intake, drafting court documents, pleadings, and various correspondence, organizing files, coordinating calendars, managing the file opening and closing process, performing searches, and interacting with clients and third parties. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Ideal candidates possess the following:
• At least 2 or more years of litigation experience
• Manage calendar and scheduling
• Assist with creating, editing, revising, and finalizing legal documents
