Hubbard City Police Department is announcing a job vacancy for the position of Part-Time Police Data Clerk. Police Data Clerks earn $15 per hour with no other amenities or benefits of any kind. Police Data Clerks work a maximum of 125 hour per month, but normally 20 hours per week, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday thru Friday. Work schedules are established by the Hubbard Police Department Administration.
Candidates should have a background in general office and clerical work, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and positive people skills. In addition, our clerks handle administrative phone calls, assist in the budgetary process, compile and generate statistical reports, respond to public record inquiries, and perform other duties that are from time to time assigned by the administration.
