Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Review mail, both electronic and regular
- Distribute mail to attorneys or other appropriate personnel
- Calendar incoming and outgoing pleadings and legal documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience legal calendaring in Nevada with Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is preferred
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and CLIO
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
