Litigation Support Manager jobs in Cheyenne, WY

• Perform simple typing assignments using word processing equipment. Assist in copying, scanning, faxing docs; assist in organizing, naming & numbering electronic & hard copy materials. Assemble/disassemble docs as required, taking care to ensure that original docs are reassembled exactly to original state.
• Assist legal support staff & attorneys in developing docs for use in court to include but not limited to exhibits, notebooks, including pulling file copies of docs, tabbing binders, numbering, binding, labeling, & re-filing docs.
• Assist w/data entry in various systems to include but not limited in nature to legal, financial, / case mgmt systems. Timely enters data sufficiently & accurately.
• Assist office personnel in document mgmt tasks: removal of extraneous & not required materials, separate / compile materials to be destroyed later according to office policies & procedures. Prep paper & electronic case files for disposition to Fed Records Center.
• Maintain logs of assigned active cases. Track filing, hearings, trial dates, & scheduling conferences & interviews. Develop & maintain suspense systems for ongoing cases & informs attorneys of pending dates & deadlines. Maintain calendar(s) of client attorney(s), scheduling appointments, interviews, & conferences, & provides reminders of commitments & court appearances.
• Prep / assist w/travel authorization requests, ensuring proper electronic approvals are attained. Timely enters data sufficiently & accurately.
• Prep / assist w/travel expense vouchers in a timely manner. Review voucher submissions to ensure necessary receipts & correct funding information are submitted. Timely enters data sufficiently & accurately.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cheyenne, WY 82006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Document Management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Litigation: 4 years (Preferred)
