Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Manager confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. May handle more complex cases. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     About your Role: 

    The program manager monitors and oversees all team operations, leads regular team clinical meetings, and supervises the other team clinicians. Being responsible for outreach and recruitment in the community, develops strong referral sources, and leads the screening process for referrals. He or she is the primary contact person for clients and families and spearheads efforts to engage clients in treatment. He or she works with individuals and their families providing education about psychosis and how to manage it, improving communication and problem-solving skills, and encourages a strengths-based, recovery-oriented approach to psychosis. All the while working with participants and families using a shared decision-making process.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services, Social Services or related field
    • Minimum two (2) years’ of related work experience
