Thank you for your interest in the Manager position in our fast-growing Business Valuation and Litigation Support practice primarily serving our Cincinnati location. You will be part of a high performing consulting team focused on financial modeling and analysis that supports business valuation engagements for estate and gift tax, commercial litigation, forensic engagements, marital dissolution, financing, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and other business consulting purposes.

As an experienced professional, you likely possess most of the technical skills we seek for this role.   At Blue, our professionals embody more than just technical skills.  Here is what you would do in the role of Manager:

Position Details:

• Reviewing business valuations and related modeling/analysis for multiple purposes
• Consulting for mergers acquisitions 
• Researching technical valuation, litigation and forensic issues 
• Reviewing exhibits, detailed reports and PowerPoint presentations for client management 
• Drive to continually learn.
• Managing deadlines, assigned client deliverables and other supporting analysis as part of a team environment

Here are the qualifications you should bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s Degree or concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in public accounting, finance or a consulting firm.
• Accounting or valuation certifications are a plus
• Past experience interpreting financial statements and/or tax returns
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Motivated to perform creative research and quickly get familiar with trends and characteristics related to new client ventures and various industries
• Ability to work on assignments in a fast-paced, tight deadline scenario
