Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Pre-Litigation Case Manager
The De Castroverde Law Group is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our team! At De Castroverde Law Group we pride ourselves in treating every client like family and as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager you play an important role by consistently keeping in contact with our clients throughout their entire case.
Responsibilities:
· Meet with new and potential clients
· Investigate cases (coverage and evidence)
· Work with client and attorney to ensure clients are receiving the needed treatment
· Opening claims, sending representations letters, setting up clients with medical providers and managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, requesting medical records and bills, and confirming medical balances.
Qualifications:
· Fluent in Spanish
· 2 years of experience of pre-litigation case manger experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
