Position Description

Position Summary:

Mail Clerks provide administrative support for high volume law firm and are responsible for opening, sorting, scanning and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail for the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely and accurate opening and managing of a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail and routing accordingly.
• Prepares all FedEx and UPS Packages and/or letters for the company.
• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Reviews and forwards all required documents to scan and upload to Salesforce.
• Remains current and knowledgeable on the complete operation of the firms mailing systems.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a law firm setting is preferred
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with an ability to multi-task
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior analytic skills
• Computer Proficiency
• Must pass background check
