The ideal candidate will have hands on experience analyzing LMS platforms, understanding business needs, and managing the end to end migration process from an existing LMS to a new system in an enterprise or university environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large scale project that will enhance the learning experience for employees or students.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Analysis & Assessment:
Analyze the current LMS environment, including features, performance, user experience, and integration points.
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders including Learning and Development L&D, IT, and other business units.
Conduct gap analysis between the existing LMS and the desired functionality of the new LMS.
Identify key pain points, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement in the current LMS.
Migration Planning & Strategy:
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define the strategy and roadmap for migrating to the new LMS.
Develop a detailed project plan
