As a Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of both our customers and the bank itself. POSITION SUMMARY: Understand and comply with collection systems and process at all stages to reduce delinquencies in the Residential Real Estate and Consumer loan portfolio. Communicate with customers verbally and in writing regarding past due accounts and the collection process.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 2-year AA degree in business or related degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: 3 year’s work experience in a position with a high degree of customer contact and service. Any experience working with past due customers is a plus.
