Duties:
We are a residential lending company for over two decades in South Florida.
Help us communicate with lenders, vendors and clients and put loan docs together. Gather info from clients and vendors required for approval and closing.
Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
Perform general office tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Lending experience but will consider a trainee.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lending, administrative and office support role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
