Loan Collection Clerk supports the collections group by performing routine administrative and clerical tasks. Inputs data, coordinates document distribution, and responds to customer requests related to loans. Being a Loan Collection Clerk requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Loan Collection Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. 1. Provide loan support to bank officers and other bank personnel, includes but is not limited to maintaining loan collateral, documentation and other clerical and administrative procedures associated with the lending function.
2. Load loans in core system (Horizon). Primary Loader.
3. Scan/Index loan documents into FCM.
4. Process all insurance that comes to the bank and communicate with the outside tracking company, Tandy E. Jackson Agency.
5. File as needed.
6. Handle incoming customer calls.
7. Backup other note department staff as needed.
8. Cross-train in all note department responsibilities to ensure continuity of daily work-flows.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
