Job Description
Under the direction of a Supervising Appeals Examiner in the Appeal Tribunal, hears and decides disputed complex
unemployment and temporary disability benefits claims; conducts quasi-judicial hearings to determine eligibility for
unemployment and temporary disability benefits claims based on testimony and evidence presented, and in accordance with
applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures; prepares written decisions in accordance with established guidelines;
and other related job duties as necessary.
