Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc.
- Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed
- Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
- Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service
Qualifications
*Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, Mi office*
- 1 year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting
- Having an NMLS license is not required, but previous mortgage exp. is a plus!
- Strong communication skills - MUST be comfortable on the phone
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, high energy, and hungry for a six-figure income
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team
- High School Diploma

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
